Joetta Martin, RNC, Administrator - Joetta has worked at Westwood Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center for over 20 years.  She has 23 years of nursing experience and has been the Administrator at the facility for over 15 years.  She received a B.S. degree from SIU and an Associate Degree from Dabney S. Lancaster Community College.  She was Missouri Health Care Association's Administrator of the year in 2004 and 2008.  In 2007, she was named District V Administrator of the year.

She is a member of the Rotary Club and First United Methodist Church.  She is a facilitator for the Alzheimer's Support Group which meets monthly at Westwood Hills Healthcare & Rehab Center.  She also is on the Speaker's Bureau for the Alzheimer's Association as well as a member of the Alzheimer's Association Advisory Council.  She is a board member of the Missouri Highlands Health Care and works closely with all facility departments with a very "hands on" approach to provide quality of care for residents.

Patty Shain, RNC, Director of Nursing - Patty has worked for Westwood Hills Healthcare & Rehab Center in 1992 as teh Assitant Director of Nursing and became the Director in 1993.  She is a graduate from Three Rivers Community College in 1991 with a degree in Nursing and has advanced training and is certified in geriatric care.  In July of 2000, she became a facilitator for the Alzheimer's Association and started a support group for the Community at the facility.  The support group is still going strong and meets teh first Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m..  Patty loves the residents at Westwood HIlls and believes her 16 years of experience allows her the ability to assure that all residents at Westwood Hills receive quality nursing care.

Darla McCollough, BSW - Social Worker, has worked at Westwood Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center for 7 years.  She is a 1998 graduate of Three Rivers Community College and a 2000 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work.  Darla really enjoys working with the residents and families at the facility.  She feels very fortunate to work in this nursing home and truly cares about the residents.

Claudia Triplett, Social Services & Marketing - Claudia has been with Westwood Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center since January of 2008.  Prior to moving to Poplar Bluff 15 years ago with her husband who is a local pastor she spent 15 years in the banking industry.  She enjoys working alongside Darla in Social Service as well as Marketing Westwood Hills in the community and surrounding area.  She loves the residents and their families and truly enjoys her job.

Nikki Lacy, PTA, Rehab Manager - Nikki has 15 years experience as a PTA working in acute, home health, in-patient and primarily in the geriatric field of skilled nursing facilities.  She is a 1991 graduate of ASU-Beebe, Arkansas and a 1993 graduate of UCA-Conway, Arkansas with an Associates in Applied Science.  She leads a wonderful staff of six full-time therapists in one of the best nursing homes in Southeast Missouri and truly enjoys her job.
