NW Rehab at Jerseyville Nursing & Rehab:

We have really kicked it up a notch, we have a beautiful facility for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy!  We have a newly purchased Nintendo Wii Interactive Gaming System and a 42" Plasma TV which is an excellent way to get a unique approach to therapy while having fun.  Under a therapist's supervision, residents will use the Wii to simulate play in such areas as bowling, golf, tennis, boxing, skiing, and carnival games like ring toss.  This process provides a wider range of body movement that correlate with activities of daily living.
