Mark Weible - Director of Operations and Rehabilitation

Mark began working for Wellington Management as a contract Therapist Assistant in 1997.  When NW Rehab, L.L.C. began operations in 1999, Mark took over management of the Rehab program at Jerseyville Nursing & Rehab Center.  In October of 2000, Mark was appointed Director of Therapy for NW Rehab and worked hard to expand the programs at each Wellington Management facility as well as contracts to outside facilities, including two Hospitals and two health departments. In 2008, Mark was officially promoted to Director of Operations for Wellington Management.  He resides in Jerseyville, Illinois with his wife Terrie and their two daughters.

Jared Renkin - PTA and Clinical Coordinator

Jared has been with the NW Rehab team since March 2004.  His career path was natural, having helped to care for his older handicapped sister.  He graduated in 1989 from Belleville Area College with an Associates of Applied Science.  

He has worked in several Rehab settings including acute hospitals, rehabilitation units, home health, and outpatients with most of his time dedicated to caring for seniors since beginning his career.  His interests include geriatrics and orthopedics.  Jared currently resides in Alhambra, Illinois with his wife Teresa and his son Jared.

Kevin Stork - OT and Clinical Coordinator

Kevin has been with NW Rehab since June of 2007 working as an occupational therapist and clinical coordinator.  He graduated in 1999 from the University of Derby in Derby, England where he received a Bachelors with Honors degree in occupational therapy.

He has worked as an OT for 9 years in a number of settings which include, skilled nursing facilities, acute hospitals, rehabilitation units, home health, and outpatients.  His areas of interest are geriatrics, hand therapy, splinting, and driving rehabilitation.

He resides in Jerseyville, Illinois with his wife Michelle, and their two children.

Renee Dille - COTA - Jerseyville Nursing & Rehab

Rehab Manager

Hello, my name is Renee Dille, I have been the Rehab Manager at Jerseyville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the past 6 years.  I am a graduate from LCCC in Dec., 1999 and am a certified CPR instructor, certifying staff and new CNA's from the CNA class, in CPR. In addition, I am a certified weight trainer and certified Arthritis and Aquacise instructor.

Brandy Corzine - PTA - The Pillars of North County

Rehab Manager

Brandy has worked with NW Rehab for nearly three years and most recently was promoted to the Rehab Manager at the Pillars.  She manages PT, OT and Speech Therapists and has been a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for 11 years.  Her experience includes Orthopedics, Acute Care Hospitals, outpatient neuro rehab and skilled nursing facilities as well as a Certified Nurse Tech for Hospitals on the rehab floor.

She earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy from Sanford Brown college in 1998.   Brandy spends her off-time with her 20-year old daughter and 7-year old son.  She is especially happy to be working at the Pillars of North County, as she grew up in the Florissant area where her family still resides.

Julie Prickett - COTA - Montgomery Nursing & Rehab

Rehab Manager

Julie has been a certified occupational therapist for 17 1/2 years.  She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the rehab program at Montgomery including being a certified weight trainer for 5 1/2 years and holds a non-physician certificate in Gerontology.

She has worked with NW Rehab since April of 2000 and has been the Rehab manager of MNRC since July of 2000.

Nikki Lacy - PTA 

Rehab Manager at Westwood Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center, has 15 years experienceas a PTA working in acute, home health, in-patient and primarily in the geriatric field of skilled nursing facilities.  She is a 1991 graduate of ASU-Beebe, Arkansas and a 1993 graduate of UCA-Conway, Arkansas with an Associates in Applied Sciences.  She leads a wonderful staff of 6 full-time therapists in one of the best nursing homes in Southeast Missouri and truly enjoys her job.

Misty Shefy - COTA/L - Alhambra Care Center

Rehab Manager

Misty is a member of NBCOT and AOTA as well as Licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.  She is a graduate with a degree in Occupational Therapy from St. Louis Missouri in 1999.  She has worked as an OT Assistant for nine years and has experience in acute rehab, inpatient and outpatient settings, home health, hospitals and long term care.  She specializes in geriatric rehabilitation.
